What is Pay it Forward true meaning
" Pay it forward is a constant state of doing good. It's doing that good deed with the hopes that the Karma of doing good wards off any bad spirits. For example, if you pass a parking meter and you see that the time on the meter has expired, you put a quarter in the meter. You do a random act of kindness without expecting or hoping for anything in return.
I often pay for the car behind me when in the toll lane. Not because I expect anything, but because it makes the person behind me smile. That's paying it forward. It is the exact opposite of a "payback" which is done totally for spite."

" When someone does a good dead for you, instead of paying them back, pay it forward by doing a good deed for someone else. "
" Somebody does a nice thing for you and you "pay it forward" by doing a nice thing for the next person. You could do something nice for a total stranger and when they ask you how to pay you back, tell them to pay it forward instead.
For example, I was grocery shopping and an elderly lady in front of me did not have a quarter for the grocery cart so I gave her one. She was so surprised at my random act of kindness."

" The pay it forward concept has a firm foundation in history. Ben Franklin described it in a letter he wrote to Benjamin Webb in 1784. In this letter, he wrote about his intention to help Mr. Webb by lending him some money. However, he did not want to be repaid directly. Instead, Ben Franklin hoped Mr. Webb would at some point meet an honest man in need of financial help and pass the money along to him."
